Key responsibilities

• Sop ( Standard operating procedure ) ● Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and prepare reports and work instructions &To execute the Production plan with respect to Quality , Cost , Safety & Efficiency as per Sop● Followup document Food Safety Standards● Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point ) ,GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices), FSSC - ( Food Safety System Certification )(ii) Training & On-boarding & Manage● Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved● Train, motivate, and develop unskilled staff members to maintain personal Hygiene as well as keep production area clean and Hygienic● Train new employees. & Helper(iii) Operation ● Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals● Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively● Identify and address production issues and area(s) for improvement● Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in production facilities● Production planning to reduce waste of material, waste of man hours and reduce the cost of production● supervising and managing the work of junior staff & Labors● Meeting quality standards and deadlines for products.● Stock sheet maintaining & Month end total stock update.● Daily Reporting according to production planning.
