Job description

Key responsibilities

• Accounts & Bookkeeping
• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally-ERP system
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries
• Assist in finalization of accounts and audit coordination
• GST & Tax Compliance
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• GST reconciliation with books and portal
• Maintain proper documentation for input tax credit
• Ensure compliance with statutory tax regulations
• ESI & Payroll Compliance
• Calculation and filing of ESI returns – Co ordination with consultant.
• Maintain employee statutory records
• Support payroll processing and statutory deductions
• Billing & Receivables Management
• Preparation and verification of sales invoices
• Recording purchase invoices and expense entries
• Follow-up on outstanding payments
• Maintain proper billing documentation and records
• Inventory & Project Accounting
• Maintain inventory records in the accounting system
• Conduct stock reconciliation and valuation
• Coordinate with project and store teams for stock verification
• Track material consumption for project costing
